Born in Malvern and now lives with his family in West Chester,Pa. Studied at Studio Rilievo with Neilson Carlin and has studied with Bo Bartlett.

I use a representational methods to convey the magic of light felt in nature. Plein Air painting energizes my inner artist through the juxtaposition of challenges and the simple pleasure of being outside doing what I love. Living in the Brandywine Valley is a blessing because of all the great Wyeth art and natural beauty that surrounds me at all times.

I work mostly in oils. I teach my fundamental painting program at my studio in Malvern.
