I paint "alla prima" and usually try to finish on the spot. This keeps the painting fresh and in the moment. I am a graduate of the PAFA Certificate(96) program and have a BA from American University and a MID from Pratt Institute. I have been accepted to many juried shows and have been included in "Paint Annapolis" and " Brandywine Plein Air Festival". I was an " Artist in Residence" at the Squirrel Gallery in Willistown, PA and participated in the Annual Squirrel Gallery Art Shows.
